Registered Mental Nurse
An amazing Job opportunity has just opened for a committed RMN to work with one of UK's Leading Healthcare Providers to work within their specialist Female DBT ward. We are looking for a passionate and caring individual with a proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team within a highly reputable service based in West Sussex.
About the service
They offer tailor suited programmes to individuals to help improve their mental health and wellbeing. They provide both NHS and private healthcare. Our client treats people who maybe suffering with mental health and or personality disorders.
As a nurse your duties will include
· Working within a team
· Assisting and supporting staff in the management of the Female DBT ward.
· Making an effective contribution to providing high quality care to all patients.
· Being responsible for undertaking and managing patient care.
· The delivery of care (both individual and group sessions)
· Participating in patient assessments, planning and evaluation
About you
You must have the following skills and knowledge as they are beneficial for this role:
· Committed to Personal Learning and Development,
· Excellent team working skills and be highly self-motivated with a flexible approach.
This position is full time (37.5 hours per week) and the successful nurse will receive an excellent annual salary of £27,824.00 - £33,153.00 PA plus generous benefits in return of all their hard work and commitment. Benefits include:
